The hackathon had teams, presentations and a livestream, but no way for spectators to take part. I spotted the gap and proposed a prediction and voting platform

Turned broad business requests into clearly defined learning solutions and improved how the team delivered them

  • Discovery and scope. Used domain research and SME interviews to clarify business goals, audience needs and requirements. Defined the solution scope, format and delivery plan
  • Process improvement. Introduced an AI-assisted production workflow that the team adopted after I documented it and trained them. Defined interaction rules and shared components for 30+ HTML simulations
  • Cross-functional delivery. Led delivery and review of 16+ regulatory courses, coordinating requirements, priorities, QA and acceptance with Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology and subject-matter experts
  • Metrics and reporting. Monitored LMS and portfolio metrics, checked what they measured and how they were calculated, and distilled the analysis into concise reports for the CEO

Built and led the L&D function for a consumer-electronics retailer, contributing to business-process improvements and system requirements

  • Business analysis. Mapped store processes and customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and define operational improvements
  • System requirements. Defined requirements for an LMS, HR automation and a corporate application. Coordinated LMS selection and integration, vendor discussions and contact-centre improvements
  • Function and team. Set the budget and team structure, hired trainers and managed two direct reports, including their goals, performance and development

Combined operator training with analysis of CRM and contact-centre workflows

  • Initial training: three days to one. Enabled new hires to start supervised work on day one and continue learning on the job
  • Operational analysis. Analysed CRM and contact-centre processes and used operational reports to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Workflow improvements. Prepared requirements for feedback, lead routing and IP telephony. Built a Telegram bot and feedback form to support daily operations
